<p>1st Shift Pasteurizer Operator</p> <p>#32525</p> <p>Location: New Britain, CT</p> <p>Company: Garelick Farms</p> <p>Category: Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Garelick Farms has immediate job opening for Pasteurizer Operator, Operate pasteurizer to ensure product is pasteurized and safe at or above production and quality standards.</p> <ul> <li>Operate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelines </li><li>Obtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed product </li><li>Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as needed </li><li>Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches </li><li>Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced. </li><li>Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately </li><li>Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues </li><li>Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements </li><li>The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. </li></ul> <p>Other duties may be assigned as required</p> <p>By joining DFA, you can help us continue to make a difference that matters.
