Salary and benefits are part of the Para Master Agreement.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>Must be highly qualified.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous healthcare experience preferred </li><li>CPR and first aid certified or able to attend training </li><li>LPN License preferred but not required </li><li>Qualified candidates must enjoy working in an educational setting, helping students with individual healthcare needs, and working with others in a collaborative and caring environment </li><li>Must be able to work independently and be flexible with daily work </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff </li><li>Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with sensitive and private data </li></ul> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Administers limited First Aid and emergency care for ill or injured students and staff. Follows the Districts emergency care plan </li><li>Assists with illness screening and symptom tracking </li><li>Enters student health records data as needed including immunizations, health concerns, emergency contact information, etc. </li><li>Conducts routine health screenings and assist students with daily health needs </li><li>Collects data and submits state health reports as needed </li><li>Complies information with student accidents and assists with completing reports </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Mahtomedi Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits program designed to support our employees.
