As an Employer of Choice, ID Logistics invests in you by providing a comprehensive benefits program that offers a valuable, affordable benefit plan package that includes medical, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off along with other supplemental benefits.</p> <p>A successful Reach Forklift Operator will be responsible for unloading and loading all inbound and outbound products, along with moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting.</p> <ul> <li>Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. </li><li>Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded. </li><li>Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely. </li><li>Complete daily inspections of equipment. </li><li>Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process. </li><li>Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days of employment (Options available) </li><li>401K with matching program </li><li>STD, LTD </li><li>Vacation and sick time </li><li>Friendly and Open-Door culture </li></ul> <p>Hourly rate: $20.50</p> <p>Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 11:00AM-11:30PM</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments. </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.). </li><li>Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies. </li></ul>
