<p>Description</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Technical Training Supervisor, the Technical Trainer administers the programs and materials necessary to prepare our technical staff and partners to install, service, and maintain our equipment properly. They perform live technical training, including continuous education training, for technicians within the JHTNA service network, including JHTNA FSTs, ISPs, and customers. This person is responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of training materials, i.e., training presentations, videos, virtual learning materials, etc. This is a non-supervisory position.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Technical Training:</p> <ul> <li>Perform technical training for network service providers, JHTNA Field Service Team, and customers. This may be done independently or co-delivered with the Technical Training Supervisor. </li><li>Process training requests, including registrations, curriculum enrollment, and updating training documentation </li><li>Assists in the creation and maintenance of relevant training materials </li><li>Work with Technical Content Management Team (TCMT) to create and edit support videos and document creation as needed </li><li>Attend new product meetings, including Early Warning Meetings (EWM) </li><li>Stay up-to-date on new product, software, new parts, and product rework </li><li>Monitor Program Effectiveness </li><li>Work with the Technical Training Supervisor to identify training gaps and opportunities </li></ul> <p>General Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Be aware of the company goals and work to achieve department KPI's </li><li>Be available during work hours and keep Outlook calendar updated </li><li>5S responsibility over the Training Center </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years' experience in a highly technical role </li><li>Previous experience teaching technicians and/or CTS reps </li><li>Proficient in CRM and Online Remedy with the ability to learn SAP </li><li>Experience in Technical Support, maintaining a high level of service </li><li>Previous field technician experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise, and easy-to-comprehend manner for multiple learning styles. </li><li>Highly engaging public speaking and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong time management and planning skills </li><li>Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel </li><li>Expert knowledge of CRM </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Up to 50% domestic travel required </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>We offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
