These may include education, work experience and in some instances, certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring initial and ongoing compliance with Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and Behavioral Health program accreditation and licensure standards for all clinics, programs, and the administration unit. Coordinates regulatory audits and surveys for all locations and preparation/training of all staff. Annually incorporates all new/revised federal and state mandates and standards into agency policy and procedures and ensures implementation of all new/revised standards.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provides support to the CEO& President in accomplishing long and short-range strategic goals and objectives, with an emphasis on compliance and quality improvement </li><li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with OTP, Substance Use facilities and Mental Health facilities, federal and state mandates including SAMHSA, CARF, DEA, DMHAS, DSS, and ASAM standards and regulations. Responsible for preparation and successful completion of regulatory audits and surveys and execution of corrective action plans (as applicable). </li><li>Coordinates development, implementation and monitoring of management plans to include: Community Relations Plan, Cultural Competency and Diversity Plan, Input from Patients Served & Stakeholders Plan, Risk Management Plan, Technology and System Plan, Accessibility Plan, Performance Measurement and Management Plan, and the Diversion Control Plan. </li><li>Ensures agency corporate compliance program conforms to applicable accreditation standards, as well as any State and Federal regulations. Assumes the role of corporate compliance officer, provides staff training on ethical code of conduct and corporate compliance. Identifies, addresses and resolves corporate identified compliance issues </li><li>Develops outcome reports from agency data in relation to the strategic plan and prepares the annual Performance Improvement Report. </li><li>Facilitates Quality Improvement Committee, Health and Safety/ Workplace Violence Committee and Root Cause Analysis monthly meetings. Responsible for coordination of compliance audits, monitoring activities and preparation of compliance reports to ensure clinical documentation meets standards as established by regulatory bodies and payors. </li><li>Develops quarterly training curriculum and provides quarterly staff trainings with the focus on compliance, quality and standards of service delivery. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualification Requirements</p> <p>Five (5) years of full time paid managerial and performance improvement experience in the behavioral health field. At least one year of the paid experience should be of a supervisory nature.
