Together, we co-create moments that matter - both for our audiences and our employees - and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.</p> <p>Overview and Responsibilities</p> <p>The process manager leads the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role ensures that global processes are standardized, well-controlled, technology-enabled, and continuously improved to support operational excellence and strategic business outcomes. The manager partners closely with regional teams, functional leaders, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality finance services across the enterprise.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert for GBS-aligned processes (e.g., Finance, Media, etc.) </li><li>Define and maintain global process standards, policies, and documentation </li><li>Establish governance routines to monitor compliance, performance, and risk </li><li>Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards </li><li>Process Optimization & Technology Enablement </li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and eliminate defects </li><li>Lead automation and digitization initiatives using workflow tools, RPA, AI/ML, and ad tech integrations </li><li>Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance tech platforms and reporting systems </li><li>Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to measure process performance </li><li>Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies </li><li>Benchmark processes against industry standards and best practices </li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration </li><li>Partner with GBS, IT, and functional leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable process solutions </li><li>Lead change efforts, including training and adoption support for global teams </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to GBS centers and business units on process execution and optimization </li><li>Collaboration & Operational Support </li><li>Provide subject matter expertise to tackle complex process issues and escalations </li><li>Support transitions, migrations, and stabilization of finance activities into GBS centers </li><li>Collaborate with technology teams to ensure systems and tools appropriately support process design and performance </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field </li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and internal controls </li><li>Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) </li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle), automation tools (RPA, workflow platforms (i.e., ServiceNow and Salesforce), and/or AI/ML </li><li>Experience in a global business services or shared services environment </li><li>7+ years of experience working in GBS processing, such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or process management </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in finance processes </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
