<p>Description:</p> <p>You will be the Financial Management Staff, serving in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success, and this position is highly visible with significant interaction with Program, Finance, and Corporate Leadership, as well as the Customer.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <p>As the Financial Management Staff, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and conducting cost analysis to support program financial management.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and tracking program funding requirements </li><li>Conducting cost analysis and developing variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required </li><li>Assisting program and financial management in monitoring and tracking financial commitments </li><li>Maintaining the Earned Value System and associated logs to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting </li><li>Interacting with a variety of program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures </li><li>Opening and closing charge numbers, researching and preparing cost transfers as required, and preparing completed contracts for closeout </li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, finance, and operations, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <p>We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Management Staff who can serve in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
