<p>Description:</p> <p>You will be the Financial Management Staff, serving in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success, and this position is highly visible with significant interaction with Program, Finance, and Corporate Leadership, as well as the Customer.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <p>As the Financial Management Staff, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and conducting cost analysis to support program financial management.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and tracking program funding requirements </li><li>Conducting cost analysis and developing variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required </li><li>Assisting program and financial management in monitoring and tracking financial commitments </li><li>Maintaining the Earned Value System and associated logs to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting </li><li>Interacting with a variety of program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures </li><li>Opening and closing charge numbers, researching and preparing cost transfers as required, and preparing completed contracts for closeout </li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, finance, and operations, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <p>We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Management Staff who can serve in a Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.</p> <p>MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires an Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience/Knowledge with Earned Value Management </li><li>Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash Consolidation and CSR/LRP process </li><li>Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word </li><li>Adapt to change and digital transformation </li><li>Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years </li><li>Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing CSRs with multiple contracts types and scope </li><li>Extensive knowledge of MFC Financial Tools (EFS, SAP) </li><li>Experience implementing DFAR EVMS and independently leading a business rhythm </li><li>Experience developing compliant customer reports to include IPMR, CFSRs, LCCE and CSDRs </li><li>Action oriented and ability to prioritize urgent tasks </li><li>Strong written, verbal and presentation skills </li><li>Exceptional organization skills </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.</p> <p>Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years</p> <p>Other Important Information You Should Know</p> <p>Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
