<p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are seeking a Superintendent to lead the technical execution of healthcare construction projects, with a strong emphasis on occupied hospital work. This role oversees all field operations, including schedule development and maintenance, site logistics planning, procurement coordination, and daily trade partner management.</p> <p>You'll be responsible for weekly progress updates, inspection coordination, quality control, and ensuring constructability and code compliance. The Superintendent maintains site safety programs aligned with OSHA 30 standards to support zero-injury projects and uninterrupted production.</p> <p>This position requires strong construction scheduling skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and experience successfully delivering complex commercial projects ranging from $5M-$40M. This company operates out of Denver.
