Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you\'ll be responsible for keeping our production machinery and facilities operating at peak performance.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency. </li><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. </li><li>Use a variety of tools, including power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic testing devices. </li><li>Maintain and install electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. </li><li>Interpret blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals to execute maintenance tasks. </li><li>Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA regulations. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Profile</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED preferred; APICS certification is a plus </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. </li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS software (MVP Plant is a plus). </li></ul>
