The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically proficient, and passionate about improving pharmacy operations through innovative healthcare IT solutions.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Functions as an integral part of pharmacy team through regular meetings with the pharmacy team, and other systems analysts within the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Advises on the most effective method of implementation to internal and external sources. Determines the best timing and source.</p> </li><li> <p>Advises on equipment needs, software needs, interface, etc. in coordination with deployment projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Collects data for pharmacy standards and quality assurance.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for populating and verifying data entered into Juno Health prior to deployment.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides support for migration of data from existing computer systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides support for interfaces between Juno Health and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides training to customers' staff and provide documentation on training completion and competencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides post deployment ongoing support.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates deployment and training with site managers.</p> </li><li> <p>Closely coordinates the computer activities of the various pharmacy programs to assure a smoothly functioning service.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for planning, evaluating and implementing the computerized data management of all pharmacy packages.</p> </li><li> <p>Assures data entered into the computer file system is accurate.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Participating in process improvement opportunities facilitated by PMO management to tailor implementation and support processes to meet the needs of Vendors/ External Clients</p> </li><li> <p>Travels as needed, including weekend travel when necessary (abiding by DSS established travel guidelines)</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in product sales opportunities as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass a Federal background check</p> </li><li> <p>Must be determined suitable for federal employment.</p> </li></ul> <p>SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Individuals working for DSS, Inc. or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.</p>
