Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.</p> <p>The Business Systems Analyst IV is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering highly reliable, scalable, and secure POS and Payments technology solutions that support Retail Operations, Payments, and Finance. This role operates as a technical and functional leader within the team, driving solution design, system integration, and end-to-end delivery across complex platforms.</p> <p>The analyst partners closely with product owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions while promoting best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>This role supports multiple POS and Payments platforms, including ACI Retail Commerce Server, NCR Connected Payments (OpenEPS, ServerEPS, Common Client, WebEPS), Verifone and Ingenico PIN pads, and estate management solutions.</p> <p>Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations.
