The Talent Program Manager is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and providing ongoing support for the Talent Management program and Succession Plan process. The Talent Program Manager will manage assessments for emerging talent identification, while creating objectives to develop critical competencies and experiential learning opportunities. The incumbent will work across the enterprise to execute leadership and associate development programs consistent with the Bank's strategic priorities to impact business results. The incumbent will develop and manage the development programs to establish the following: a talent pipeline, track development actions, assess the impact, and recommend measures for continuing to evolve the program to keep the Talent Management program relevant and impactful. This includes oversight design and selection of the technology, tools, and processes, as well as developing staff to meet future needs of the organization. The Talent Program Manager will provide thought leadership, best practices, change management, and sound program management and execution as it relates to talent assessment, planning, talent development, and succession planning at various levels, including the Executive level throughout the organization. The incumbent will architect, shape, and design a full suite of Associate talent development strategies, processes, and tools to develop and retain high-performing associates. Additional responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide expertise and partner with others in HR in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent and leadership development </li><li>Act as an internal consultant for all levels of the internal hierarchy of WSFS pertaining to all matters related to talent management and development </li><li>Collect, analyze, and maintain data to manage the program effectively and measure success </li><li>Develop, maintain, track, and report on goals, action items progress, and program metrics </li><li>Develop stakeholder communication plans; make presentations, and facilitate trainings as needed </li><li>Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy </li><li>Curate development resources and advise on options for individual development tools, leveraging a variety of training and learning methodologies to drive participant engagement and appeal to diverse learning needs </li><li>Evaluate and consult on succession plans, current and emerging talent needs </li><li>Actively participates in a learning professional association to keep current on training trends, industry best practices and grow in expertise </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, located in our Bank Center office in Wilmington, DE. This role requires in-office work four days per week, with a hybrid option on Fridays.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field is required </li><li>Minimum of 8 years of Talent Management experience with a focus on leadership development and succession planning is required. Banking and/or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred </li><li>Demonstrated expertise working within a sustainable and scalable organization-wide talent development program comprising of leadership and Associate development and succession planning. </li><li>Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage talent and leadership development programs from start to finish </li><li>Demonstrated experience using data to assess program effectiveness and drive decision-making </li><li>Ability to partner and guide the work of a team of Learning facilitators </li><li>Excellent relationship building and project management skills </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. </li><li>Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products </li><li>Facilitation Certification or Human Resources designated Certification is preferred </li><li>Ability to travel within the WSFS Bank footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$108,722.00 - $178,616.75</p> <p>Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
