This environment offers endless career opportunities for individuals interested in sharing their ideas, growing with the company and shaping TA's future.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>A POS Technical Analyst is responsible for providing support to all POS Store/Fuel Desk related requests. Work within POS Team, Operations, HQ and vendors as required to accomplish company objectives, goals, and targets.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Acts as a liaison between technology teams and business units, including supporting vendor partners as required. </li><li>Facilitates the capturing of business and system requirements; works with technical team members to translate requirements into design deliverables. </li><li>Provides advice in determining a best practice approach in meeting the business requirements. </li><li>Identifies and documents functional requirements, test cases, and testing of the test cases through all phases of the project life cycle. </li><li>Partners with technology teams in identifying the appropriate solution design. </li><li>Provides training, documentation, and subject matter expertise to end users. </li><li>Identifies, analyzes, and responds to project risks. </li><li>Serves on medium to small initiatives, at times more than one. </li><li>Partners with senior analysts to review work deliverables. </li><li>Gather, interpret, and analyze data related to a system or business process. </li><li>Present recommendations to system stakeholders based on data analysis. </li><li>Research new functionality and best practices for your assigned area of responsibility. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining administrative, technical, and physical security controls on all systems that are owned or maintained by this role. </li><li>Responsible for preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data that is stored, processed, or transmitted on systems that are owned or maintained by this role. </li><li>Responsible for following all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines of the company, including those related to data security </li><li>Ability to patch and upgrade security technologies as needed </li><li>Ability to analyze and understand log files </li><li>Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure </li><li>Available for on-call support outside of normal business hours </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related discipline. </li><li>3+ years of experience in an analyst role. </li><li>3+ years Level 1/2/3 support, or equivalent, role </li><li>3+ years Experience with in common support troubleshooting (Networking, computer hardware, Windows OS) </li><li>2+ years Retail industry experience </li><li>2+ years Exposure to PCI and data security standards </li><li>2+ years Experience with card processing, EMV and P2PE/E2EE </li><li>2+ years Experience with POS systems (hardware, software, peripherals) is preferred </li><li>2+ years Knowledge of enterprise systems (i.e. SAP) is a plus </li><li>Preferred - Knowledge in version control (ie. SVN, Bit Bucket, TFS, GIT, …..) </li><li>3+ years Knowledge in remote PC support applications (ie.
