<p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to developing comprehensive brand strategies alongside Platform Leads, taking into account consumer, category, and market trends. </li><li>Assist in the development of a 3-year pipeline alongside Platform Leads, identifying white space opportunities and new product and line extension opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and avenues for business growth. </li><li>Oversee the lifecycle and ongoing management of individual platforms. </li><li>Continuously monitor and report on platform performance to ensure optimal operation and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with Platform Leads to identify opportunities for platform enhancement, provide actionable recommendations, and execute plans effectively. </li><li>Support the creation and maintenance of presentations, pipelines, and other related documentation. </li><li>Assist in both short-term and long-term Integrated Marketing Calendars to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute and launch calendar programs and campaigns. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education & Experience)</p> <ul> <li>Located in the Boston Metro Area - hybrid model 3 days in office </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>3-5 years proven experience in marketing strategy, product innovation, campaign management, and cross-functional team collaboration. </li><li>Preference for past experience in restaurant/retail and/or consumer goods industries. </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Required travel - Minimal </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk hear & use hands and fingers to operate keyboards </li></ul> <p>Additional Description :</p>
