<p>Overview</p> <p>Responsible for the delivery of items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Quick service foods, arena, or stadium venue experience preferred. </li><li>Ability to perform basic mathematical equations. </li><li>Must obtain and maintain a state alcohol server certificate and Food Handlers certification. </li><li>Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license. </li><li>Required to maintain a valid Driver's License. </li><li>Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States. </li><li>Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos. </li><li>Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a neat and professional appearance. </li><li>Responsible for location set-up based on event guidelines. </li><li>Deliver items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers. </li><li>Adhere to established par stock levels. </li><li>Maintain an awareness of rotating product, minimize waste, and be mindful of cost of products. </li><li>Must be familiar with all policies related to liquor liability laws. </li><li>Obtains proper food handling and alcohol service training and certifications. </li><li>Assists in concessions or bar areas as needed such as filling up condiments, point of purchase displays, stocking shelves with product, wiping down surfaces. </li><li>Organizes storerooms as assigned. </li><li>Ensures correct temperatures of hot and cold food and beverage products. </li><li>Receives, unpacks, and stores all supplies and goods, ensuring stock is accounted for. </li><li>Reports all needed repairs to supervisor. </li><li>Removes all product from stands and returns them to storage areas when event ends. All equipment must be cleaned and stored properly at this time. </li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by management. </li><li>Maintain an awareness of all functions, events, and meetings taking place at any given time. </li><li>Assist in bar setup and opening. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Assist in closing Bar. </li><li>Stocking the bar stations to par. </li></ul> <p>TOOLS & EQUIPMENT</p> <ul> <li>Bus trays, dishware, silverware, glassware </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Required to stand for up to 8 hours per day. </li><li>Ability to sit, walks, stoops, kneel or crouch while performing duties. </li><li>Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. </li><li>Ability to use arms to reach and lift above shoulders. </li><li>Must have normal auditory and good verbal communication. </li><li>Ability to lift, push, or pull upwards of 25 pounds. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Work is typically performed within a kitchen and Casino setting. </li><li>Exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. </li><li>Exposure to heat, cold, fumes and steam. </li><li>Evening and weekend shifts may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required. </li></ul>
