<p>The Mission Neighborhood Health Center (MNHC) is a non-profit, multi-site community health organization offering comprehensive health services in the Mission and Excelsior Districts of San Francisco. The center offers primary health care services, adult medicine, pediatrics, family planning, OB/GYN, HIV and homeless services. We advocate for health equity and deliver innovative, high-quality services responsive to the neighborhoods and diverse communities we serve.</p> <p>We are seeking a Primary Care Provider, Family Physician, Pediatrician, Nurse Practitioner (bilingual) MD or DO board-certified with at least 3 years professional experience. We provide comprehensive health services, including:</p> <ul> <li>Primary care for adults, children, and families </li><li>Women's health, OB/GYN, and family planning </li><li>HIV care and homeless services </li></ul> <p>MNHC is committed to health equity, delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care to diverse communities, with a focus on Latino Spanish-speaking populations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. </li><li>Conduct medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate referrals. </li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, behavioral health providers, and care managers. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (Epic preferred) to ensure continuity of care. </li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. </li><li>Advocate for health equity and culturally responsive care. </li><li>(For Physicians) Supervise and mentor medical students or residents. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Physician (MD/DO): Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certified by Family, Adult/Geriatric Program </li><li>Fluent in Spanish (required). </li><li>Passion for community health and serving diverse populations. </li><li>At least 3 year experience required experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Physician (MD/DO): $234,600 - 259,590 </li><li>Nurse Practitioner (FNP): $133,008 - $146,370 </li></ul> <p>As a condition of employment, all candidates are required to meet specific immunization standards. Documentation of current immunizations, including Varicella, TDAP, COVID-19, MMR, and Hepatitis B, as well as TB test results valid within the last two (2) years must be submitted before the start date.
