Work collaboratively with other IT Team members to design new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.</p> <p>Key Result Areas:</p> <p>Performance Standards:</p> <p>Information Services</p> <ul> <li>This position is responsible for demonstrating exceptional team skills and is capable of showing documented success in the area of SharePoint and SQL development. </li><li>The Solution developer is proficient with SQL database \ Server technology and has the ability to develop database solutions by mapping common customer business problems to database technology solutions. </li><li>The individual will be responsible for monitoring and maintain database content as required. </li><li>The candidate will be responsible for customization and configuration of workflows to allow for the integration of other data sources. </li><li>Must be familiar with the database security architecture and how it interfaces to Active Directory. </li><li>The Solution developer is proficient with Microsoft SQL server technology and have the ability to develop database solutions. </li><li>This Person will also manage the tuning and performance of the SQL databases. </li></ul> <p>Business Partnering</p> <ul> <li>Act as a partner for IT with the user community and apply most effective use of IT technology to direct business thinking. </li><li>Identify information technology solutions to support the business strategies across all business functions. </li><li>Work with key functional peers to identify IT needs, gathering requirements, assist in estimating project costs and schedules. </li></ul> <p>Other</p> <ul> <li>Other Duties as assigned. </li></ul>
