Extensive travel required (about 70%), onsite presence required during initial training.</p> <p>Assist Suppliers in flow down quality requirement interpretations and compliance to AS9100, FAA, and Customers' requirements. As well as, evaluating and accepting Supplier Quality Plans.</p> <p>Interfaces with Suppliers to facilitate root cause, corrective actions and evaluates their effectiveness.</p> <p>Manage the approved Suppliers list with respect to the Organization's strategy while interfacing with other internal functions.</p> <p>#</p> <p>SQA Objectives</p> <p>Weight</p> <p>1</p> <p>Execution of Supplier Surveillance Program assigned to each SQA US Team (KPI 1) and audit reporting (distribution, archive, time, content, quality) in conformity with CPR.100.18.</p> <p>60</p> <p>2</p> <p>Closure time of supplier NCRs (KPI 2) applied to all Teams and escalation process for non-reactive suppliers according to CPR.106.19.
