This responsibility requires knowledge of systems engineering and project engineering to be successful. </li><li>Sets objectives and guides team on execution/approach for achievement of result. </li><li>Understands and explains policies, practices, and procedures and influences others within the department. Also responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of work area. </li><li>Execute operational plans or projects that have measurable contribution towards the achievement of results. Projects can be people or technically focused. </li><li>Process, technical, or team problem solving. Problems and issues faced are undefined and require detailed information gathering. Problems are difficult and complex, involving consideration of multiple sites, geographies, products, or customers. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
