Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as primary point-of-contact by providing ongoing support to operation staff </li><li>Conduct maintenance and initiate the troubleshooting process with SCADA department application and equipment </li><li>Serve as liaison with SCADA specialist to perform essential technical duties related to the operation of field equipment and correspondence to software </li><li>Elaborate and execute maintenance plan and scheduled activities </li><li>Assist warehouse with department inventory </li><li>Build, maintain, and install control panels </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires High School Diploma/GED </li><li>Minimum of two (2) year of experience </li><li>Six months to one (1) year of continued study preferred </li><li>A valid driver's license may be required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Other Information:</p> <p>Closing Statement</p> <p>Selected applicants must be able to pass a background investigation and a pre-employment drug test.</p> <p>Any position that lists a minimum qualification for education level and/or license/certification will require the applicant to provide proof of documentation if selected for hire into the position with the City of Corpus Christi.</p> <p>This position is classified as "Safety Sensitive".
