<p>Location:</p> <p>4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144</p> <p>The consumer marketing team supports growth of KeyBank's consumer product suite by developing strategic marketing programs aligned to business goals and objectives, while also maintaining responsibility for marketing operations, inclusive of risk and control management and procedures. The senior marketing consultant leads marketing execution and risk-related tasks as assigned/as necessary, and partners with consumer marketing team leadership to understand and support organizational priorities. The senior marketing consultant may direct the work of others and brings an innovative, growth mindset to enhance overall team performance. This particular role will be responsible for leading KeyBank's SEO digital work and working closely with line of business and corporate partners to improve SEO performance.</p> <p>Essential job functions</p> <ul> <li>Work with vendors and business partners to improve website visibility and over all search engine results. </li><li>Optimize and craft engaging website content, product pages, and other attributes to drive more natural traffic to the website. </li><li>Work with business partners to build high quality backlinks, craft and optimize URLs, and improve overall website page loading and functionality. </li><li>Research competitor sites and identify opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings and other SEO performance metrics to understand performance and where gaps exist. </li><li>Draft and own the line of business SEO strategy and strategic roadmap. </li><li>Uses knowledge of marketing principles to provide recommendations on use of tactics to achieve both marketing and business objectives to obtain maximum returns. </li><li>Develops and obtains approval on marketing project briefs. </li><li>Understands and supports learning agendas and test plan approaches. </li><li>Incorporates marketing best practices and insights from prior campaign results into plans. </li><li>Reviews and provides feedback for creative treatments. </li><li>Partner with product partners to build strong relationships rooted in trust and shared business goals </li><li>Coordinates with internal and external business partners including line of business partners, analytics, creative services, agencies, compliance, and leadership to develop and define an effective marketing plan. </li><li>Supports marketing planning and execution for assigned product line(s) while adhering to established procedures. </li><li>Identifies opportunities to delegate work to team members, fostering growth of those around them. </li><li>Effectively recognizes and escalates potential risk. Have a handle on all team control procedures, testing, and processes where applicable. </li><li>Follows established processes and thinks of new ways to perform work while effectively managing risk. </li><li>Provide timely and effective communication to team members to ensure awareness and commitment to department initiatives. </li><li>Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with leadership, within the team as well as across other LOBs. </li><li>Actively leads (where appropriate) and participates in team sessions. </li><li>Supports resolution of critical issues and ensures a proper control environment is in place while adhering to procedures. </li><li>Assist in development of MBR and QBR decks, as well as Sprint Reviews and Sprint Planning. </li><li>Working with vendor partners to develop and maintain relationships and align to strategies, while keeping a pulse on marketing spend and budget. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience </li><li>5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising agency or project management </li><li>Knowledge of managing the end-to-end marketing campaign process </li><li>Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and search channels </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a highly regulated industry </li><li>Experience with compliance and or risk management </li></ul> <p>Personal competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>High ethical standard </li><li>Open-minded </li><li>Accepts constructive criticism </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p> <p>This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000 to $115,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
