<p>Port Wentworth, GA</p> <p>Pooler (Savannah) Ga 3061</p> <p>$22.00/Per Hour</p> <p>Forklift Driver</p> <ul> <li>Job Description </li><li>Branch Details </li></ul> <p>Location: Garden City, GA</p> <p>Payrate $19.00/HR</p> <p>Shift Mon-Fri 7am-4pm</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Clamp Lift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating material handling equipment, primarily a sit-down and/or clamp forklift, to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse environment. This role may also include performing order filler or order checker duties as required.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Stack and store merchandise in designated areas using forklift, clamp, or push-pull equipment. </li><li>Safely unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations. </li><li>Prepare products for shipment by pulling and ensuring accurate quantities and types of products are loaded. </li><li>Efficiently perform picking duties to meet customer service standards. </li><li>Load product from staging or storage areas into trailers. </li><li>Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. </li><li>Maintain records and reports to ensure inventory control and security. </li><li>Assist in physical inventories and conduct cycle counts as needed. </li><li>Ensure proper stock rotation to maintain inventory freshness. </li><li>Use RF scanning equipment to verify inventory accuracy. </li><li>Report safety concerns and inventory discrepancies promptly to management. </li><li>Complete inspection forms before operating equipment. </li><li>Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer skills required. </li></ul> <p>Job Related & Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED preferred. </li><li>Minimum 3 months of forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment. </li><li>Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours per day. </li><li>Capable of lifting and/or pulling up to 50 lbs without restrictions. </li><li>Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching required. </li><li>Comfortable walking in a distribution center environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations. </li><li>Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. </li><li>Must obtain NFI forklift certification. </li><li>Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and basic math skills required. </li></ul> <p>#PoolerBranchCA</p> <p>Pooler (Savannah) GA 3061</p>
