<p>Company Description</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.</p> <p>What Will You Be Doing?</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders?and other associates to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events </li><li>Team Up with Administrative Assistants across the company to schedule cross-functional Executive meetings </li><li>Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership?or team </li><li>Assist with managing Executive email inbox - flagging priority email, deleting junk email </li><li>Prep All Hands meeting agendas, presentation decks, and assist with facilitating the meeting </li><li>Arrange domestic and international travel (airfare, hotel, car) </li><li>Prepare and submit Expense reports </li><li>Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues and deadlines in a timely manner </li><li>Order catering for meetings as needed </li><li>General department support such as sending out communications, ordering office supplies, and facilities requests </li><li>Involvement in planning and executing department teambuilding activities, and social engagement events </li><li>Expertise in preparing executive communications for internal and external needs, focus on presentation development </li><li>Handle additional requests as they arise </li><li>Stay up to date on Executive priorities </li></ul> <p>What Do You Need To Bring?</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or related experience </li><li>Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality </li><li>Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong decision making and proactive problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment </li><li>Exceptional calendar and time management skills </li><li>Proper presentation, development, and editing skills </li><li>Effective analytical, listening, and writing skills </li><li>Experience as an?Administrative Assistant or other administrative role (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Our Company</p> <p>Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.</p> <p>The company operates a family of brands, including Abercrombie & Fitch, YPB, abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks, each sharing a commitment to offer products of enduring quality and exceptional comfort that support global customers on their journey to being and becoming who they are.
