<p>JobID: 20225870</p> <p>Category: Center</p> <p>JobSchedule:</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-03-02T17:30:15+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>Location Type: Skilled</p> <p>Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity</p> <p>(LONG TERM CARE)</p> <p>(SHORT TERM REHAB)</p> <p>(SKILLED NURSING)</p> <p>(LTACH)</p> <p>(SUB ACUTE CARE)</p> <p>Now Hiring - Accounts Receivable Coordinator - East Longmeadow, MA</p> <p>$19.00 - $24.00/hour</p> <p>Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule</p> <p>CareOne at Redstone</p> <p>The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Reconcile and collect current and past due accounts via telephone calls and written correspondence.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to maintain high customer contact relating to delinquent accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices; and record amounts due for services rendered.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data and keeping other records</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve discrepancies in accounting records</p> </li><li> <p>Contact customers in order to obtain or relay account information.</p> </li></ol> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Prior collection experience. </li><li>Must be able to maintain high customer contact relating to delinquent accounts. </li><li>Must be able to multi-task, and have excellent follow-up and organizational skills. </li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and Word. </li><li>1 year of experience Medical Billing </li><li>Excellent Verbal Communication and Customer Service Skills </li><li>Experience with Medical billing, some knowledge with Medicaid and Medicare Billing as well as second insurance. </li></ul>
