<p>This is a 2x2x3 schedule working from 5:45 pm to 6:15am</p> <p>Starting at $21/Hour plus 10% night shift differential = $23.10 / Hour</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Acts as auditor for quality results of Production Department </li><li>Acts as point of contact for Production Supervisor and Quality Supervisor regarding quality </li><li>Performs product quality checks every two hours </li><li>Performs hourly part checks </li><li>Responsible for use/handling of quality measuring devices </li><li>Responsible for accurate completion of quality paperwork </li><li>Audits color and part checks </li><li>Responsible for saving/scrapping decisions </li><li>Owns "Red tag process" (marking product of questionable quality). </li><li>Audits process set points </li><li>Performs line clearance / first article inspection </li><li>Generates product package labels for cell </li><li>Audits label and rate schedule </li><li>Collects flex samples </li><li>Maintains standards for product quality-testing areas within plant </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferred </li><li>Experience with ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 Quality Systems & Auditing, a plus </li><li>Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mathematical abilities </li><li>Must be able to accurately read quality measuring tools (i.e. caliper, micrometer, square, and tape measure) - preferred </li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures that can become very hot depending on the weather. </li><li>Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability and interest in working a 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. </li></ul> <p>Why work for The AZEK Company?</p> <ul> <li>We make decisions according to what is right, not what is fastest, cheapest or easiest. </li><li>We support our employees and provide a safe work environment </li><li>As a new manufacturing start-up in Boise we will provide many opportunities to learn and grow in your career. </li><li>Our benefits package is one of the best in the industry. </li><li>We create and manufacture products that are made from recycles materials and aspire to use one billion pounds of recycled material annually by the end of 2026. </li><li>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
