While working with students and using the proven methods of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), you'll be providing compassionate care, facilitating personalized assistance, and engaging in skill-building activities. Direct Support: Provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks and expertly manage behavioral crises, offering unwavering support to students during classroom activities to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Positive Communication: Harness the power of positive behavior support strategies to develop essential social skills, enhance communication abilities, and promote independence among students. Supportive Atmosphere: Cultivate a warm, supportive atmosphere where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to embrace their journey of learning and growth Documentation and Reporting: Thoroughly document student progress and maintain open lines of communication with parents, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring everyone is informed and involved in each student's educational journey.</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED. Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience. Empathy, patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
