This person will be responsible for triaging store reported claims, contacting customers who report incidents, and working with field management and corporate management to facilitate discovery, including internal documentation and coordinating with outside counsel on discovery requests.</p> <p>A Day In The Life:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Review all reported General Liability reports and contact Customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Navigating complex conversations with customers, acts with autonomy and usesbest judgement on what the necessary next steps are. Acting as the decision todecide if we handle the claim internally or externally.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with 3rd party TPA (Third Party Administrator) on outside claims</p> </li><li> <p>Independently gather the necessary supporting materials that the TPA isrequesting (i.e. Video, evidence, documentation to support claim)</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with field/outside counsel for discovery requests</p> </li><li> <p>Independently gather the necessary supporting materials that the field/counsel isrequesting (i.e. Video, evidence, documentation to support claim)</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and build relationships with other internal vendors including Customer Service</p> </li><li> <p>Other Risk Management duties as necessary, including training.</p> </li></ul> <p>You'll Come With:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: High School Diploma, required; Bachelor's Degree, preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years related claims systems experience, desired.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer experience with related claims and business software.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to think critically, solve problems, plan, and execute to conclusion.</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in Risk Management.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to triage claims reported from the Store and send to Risk Management.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with all internal and external vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>General understanding of liability issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual ability a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p><em>Come join our team.
