Research Grant or Time-limited positions may be eligible for all, some, or no benefits, based on the grant or project funding.</p> <p>Position Description</p> <p>Advertised Job Summary</p> <p>Under limited supervision of the Faculty Director of the Veterans' Legal Clinic, the VLC Staff Attorney represents South Carolina veterans, servicemembers, and their family members in civil legal matters. The Staff Attorney focuses on VLC's core docket of veterans benefits appeals and discharge upgrades, but has the flexibility to take on other civil legal matters and advocacy projects in consultation with the Faculty Director as well.
