Complex issues in own area (e.g., cross-functional or cross-country projects). Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future. Design and strategy. Enhance complex systems/processes. Advanced technical or business or project skills relevant for job. Represents SAP to customers. Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand. Advocating for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors and usage patterns. Promoting the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. Develop and provide systems, applications, products and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency and provide the expert support in operations. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. For Delivery, acts as a technology expert to: Execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews. Define / review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize and develop enhancements. Implement the solutions. Provide technical documentation. For Operation, acts as a cross functional technology expert to: Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the Build to Run engagement. Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. The targeted combined range for this position is $133,700 - $227,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
