Engage with interested Security and Smart Home customers to close sales and schedule install appointments with our ADT Field employees.</p> <ul> <li>Answer new and existing customer phone calls while following sales processes. </li><li>Consultatively work with customers to close sales by gathering information, determining needs and scheduling installation appointments. </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - External</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>One year of sales experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proven sales ability and closing skills. </li><li>Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis. </li><li>Excellent problem solving and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to multi-task while speaking to prospects. </li></ul> <p>Education/Certification:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li></ul>
