<p>Assistant Account Analyst</p> <p>Our client, an employee centric insurance company in Philadelphia, is seeking an Assistant Account Analyst to join their team. This is an administrative role on the Account Management team. The purpose of this role is to handle specific functions of the annual account renewal process and other functions with the goal of delivering value-added service to our clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinates the renewal Information gathering process which includes training, assisting clients and serving as liaison with vendors and teams on issues</p> </li><li> <p>Works with loss info team for client information.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates exposure schedules which include identifying and correcting deficiencies, updating flood zone information and attaching appropriate descriptions to property schedules (e.g., NFIP zones).</p> </li><li> <p>Works with Workers Compensation Bureaus to pull information from Bureau websites for Safety Credits, Construction Credits, Experience Mods, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs pre-renewal activities to include preparing loss summaries, developing and preparing standard Excel loss summaries and requesting Adviser benchmarking reports for use with client.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates renewal marketing process which includes:</p> </li><li> <p>Updating, expanding and maintaining submission narrative (using website, client applications and other renewal info, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Helping to further develop exposure information (e.g., Google Earth locations)</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing incumbent and marketing submission specs and emails</p> </li><li> <p>Starting marketing log in Microsoft Teams by including incumbent information (underwriter name, phone number and email address)</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares initial draft of renewal pricing page with expiring and renewal information.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares annual insurance summary for all accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains service plans and templates, schedules Service Plan meetings and periodically checks in with other departments (Safety, Claims, Production, Surety, Benefits) on Unit accounts to find out about service, issues, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes endorsements and updates endorsement request letters to reflect status.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates financial information including pulling weekly receivables and expiration reports for team and circulating Account Income Forms and Claims Info Sheets after all renewals.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates billing process with Centralized Biller to include on-demand billing within unit as needed; handles installments; follows up on outstanding invoices and check requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains historical premium rates, compensation and exposure information and creates and maintains historical schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as Project Manager for all unit deadlines including ensuring renewal process deadlines are met by team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains all stored documents in designated electronic system and updates all databases as needed. This includes scanning and printing.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend relevant meetings relating to position.</p> </li><li> <p>Other responsibilities as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>College degree preferred with up to 5 years of work experience (administrative, insurance).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment to research and analyze problems and develop a solution.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be focused and detail-oriented.</p> </li><li> <p>Good time management, organizational and planning abilities are essential; ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines and independently analyze, process and maintain a high volume of complex, detail-oriented material.</p> </li><li> <p>Show initiative and drive demonstrated by being able to work independently and being a self-starter; ability to independently exercise the judgment required to develop the solution-problem solver.</p> </li><li> <p>Good written, oral communication and analytical skills are essential.</p> </li><li> <p>Trustworthiness, commitment to work ethic and able to follow established rules and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Pursue a program for personal and professional development; and obtain and maintain the required insurance agent's license (if necessary).</p> </li></ul> <p>Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
