This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and supporting a fast-paced business environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Current Core Duties</p> <ul> <li>Prepare month-end commission flash reports </li><li>Raise invoices and complete income reconciliations </li><li>Report commission and payment activity to suppliers </li><li>Reconcile supplier payment invoices </li><li>Support group finance with key reconciliations </li><li>Complete companywide credit card reconciliation and spot checks </li><li>Allocate BACS payments and resolve related queries </li><li>Reconcile suspense accounts </li><li>Support audit queries in liaison with CBFP </li><li>Maintain a live payment tracker for both internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Process bordereaux payments to suppliers </li></ul> <p>Future Development Areas</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of credit control across several business areas </li><li>Support cost control across offices, including leases, business rates, utilities, and insurance </li><li>Work with CBFP to monitor market trends and secure commercially advantageous deals </li><li>Support ESG initiatives and assist in reporting key performance metrics </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Strong numerical and analytical ability </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Confident communicator with good stakeholder engagement skills </li><li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data </li><li>Eager to learn and develop new skills </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive annual salary </li><li>37.5 hour working week </li><li>24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days with long service </li><li>Training and development opportunities </li><li>A varied role with real responsibility </li></ul>
