<p>Overview</p> <p>We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep knowledge of fabrication and experiential builds. This is a senior individual-contributor role-no direct reports-but you will be the point person and subject-matter expert for all fabrication-intensive projects. The right candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with technical design, production, and installation teams to deliver high-quality projects reliably and efficiently.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <p>Project Leadership & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Own all aspects of fabrication-focused projects from kickoff through installation. </li><li>Partner closely with Technical Design, Prepress, Production, and Installation teams to develop project-specific workflows, work-back schedules, and production strategies. </li><li>Ensure installers receive a clear, written "run of show" / playbook tailored to each job and confirm the correct install team is assigned. </li></ul> <p>Process Development & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Help advance BluEdge's expansion into experiential and fabrication-heavy work by establishing clear, repeatable PM processes. </li><li>Create and refine toolkits and documentation, including: </li><li>Work-back schedules </li><li>Workflow strategies </li><li>Standard operating procedures for fabrication projects </li><li>Identify bottlenecks between Sales, Project Management, and Production, and recommend corrective actions to improve throughput and reliability. </li><li>Clarify and document what falls within a PM's scope-and what does not-to ensure consistency across the team. </li></ul> <p>Systems & Platform Adoption</p> <ul> <li>Become fluent in BluCore (our proprietary internal software) and support the ongoing rollout of the platform within the project management organization. </li><li>Ensure your projects are fully run through BluCore, using templates, scheduling tools, checklists, and reporting as designed. </li></ul> <p>Client Communication</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary project-facing contact for fabrication clients. </li><li>Align early on scope, expectations, timeline, and requirements. </li><li>Communicate changes, risks, and updates clearly and proactively. </li><li>Build trust through reliability and strong technical understanding. </li><li>(Optional/Not required) Leverage pre-existing relationships to introduce potential opportunities to BluEdge. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Strengths (Used as Needed)</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of installation methods and on-site coordination </li><li>Ability to qualify project scope and ensure feasibility before work begins </li><li>Comfort participating in build strategy discussions with internal teams </li></ul> <p>Ideal Background</p> <ul> <li>Significant hands-on experience managing fabrication or experiential production projects </li><li>Deep understanding of vendor coordination, materials, production methods, and install logistics </li><li>Highly organized, with a strong ability to create and enforce structure </li><li>Excellent communicator who can bridge technical teams and clients </li><li>Comfortable operating independently as the fabrication PM expert </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.</p>
