Maintain a pro-active and holistic engagement approach specific for premium delivery. The engagement approach makes sure that we address the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential, plan the solution and design and transformation, provide advisory and safeguard the execution and operation. The CoE Specialist advices customers and supports different SAP units. Achieves broad knowledge about our portfolio and take over positioning, explanation, and scoping tasks for all standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support front office, solutioning and sales. Resolves issues related to a technical component or business process step without general work direction. Improves service procedures based on customer feedback and communicate with SAP development to improve SAP products. Develops best practices based on the delivery experience. Supports the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs and escalations.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Object Orientated Programming with Java; </li><li>SAP HANA, Oracle, or IBM DB2; </li><li>Data Analysis Reporting and Visualization; </li><li>SAP Procurement Materials Management; and </li><li>Mainframe development AS400, or CLLE. </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
