<p>We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced distribution center operations. The successful candidate will bring skills in plumbing, electrical, and controls troubleshooting, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment uptime. Responsibilities include maintaining conveyors, dock equipment, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems essential to daily warehouse functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on:</p> </li><li> <p>Conveyor systems</p> </li><li> <p>Dock levelers and doors</p> </li><li> <p>HVAC units</p> </li><li> <p>Lighting and electrical systems</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including power circuits, breakers, motors, and control panels</p> </li><li> <p>Complete routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems (e.g., sinks, drains, water lines)</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with control systems troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, and basic PLC logic</p> </li><li> <p>Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards and company policies (including Lockout/Tagout procedures)</p> </li><li> <p>Record maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)</p> </li><li> <p>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from operations and production teams</p> </li><li> <p>Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in safety meetings, audits, and ongoing training</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required; technical school or vocational training preferred</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with control systems and basic PLC troubleshooting preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational uptime</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with equipment such as:</p> </li><li> <p>Forklifts and dock equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Automated conveyors and pallet wrappers</p> </li><li> <p>Compactors and lighting systems</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in elevated or tight areas</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and organizational skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certifications</p> <ul> <li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 </li><li>Forklift and Aerial Lift Certification </li><li>Electrical or Plumbing Trade License </li><li>First Aid / CPR </li><li>Lockout/Tagout and Fall Protection Training </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li> <p>Fast-paced distribution center with exposure to:</p> </li><li> <p>Loud machinery and moving equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Elevated work platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Temperature fluctuations</p> </li><li> <p>PPE required and provided by the company</p> </li><li> <p>Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>USD $28.00/Hr -USD $35.00/Hr.</p>
