Directs and provides direction for Food</p> <p>Service Workers I & II. The successful candidate Is expected to solve problems without need for direct supervision and to assure quality service standards.</p> <p>Works with minimal or no supervision.</p> <p>Job Requirements, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Cooking experience required. </li><li>Work requires the ability to understand simple verbal instructions and to read and understand written instructions and two years of previous experience. </li><li>No certification, registration, or licensure required. </li><li>Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations in which the information or problems are relatively routine. </li><li>Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, greet visitors, explain Medical Center policies, and/or relay messages to appropriate personnel. This type of interaction requires courtesy and tact when dealing with patients, visitors, and/or Medical Center employees. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
