<p>What does a Channel Advisor to Food Service on Premise do at Swire Coca-Cola?</p> <p>The Channel Advisor partners with the Food Service on Premise (FSOP) Commercial Channel team, and other cross functional teams, to develop channel-specific programming. What is an FSOP client? Lodging, Gaming, Education, Airports, Eating/Drinking establishments. In this role you will create the annual calendar of programs and promotions ensuring all necessary marketing assets are in the business space for effective execution. These programs and promotions support the FSOP metrics to gain market share, business partnerships, as well as volume, revenue & profit goals. The Advisor ensures all programming aligns with Brand, Innovation, Commercial & FSOP Channel Strategies.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop new and tailor existing national programming materials (POS, merchandising pieces, digital programs) in collaboration with FSOP Channel Manager for specific assigned channels that drive trial and awareness with consumers. </li><li>Creates go-to market materials consistent with brand standards, trademark integrity that ultimately increase brand equity. Stewards POS materials, manages customization processes and routines, protects brand standards and trademark integrity, utilizes Brand Company agencies/resources to increase brand equity. </li><li>Optimizes national annual plans to ensure that the right commercial resources are available to win at the point of sale. </li><li>Lead and serve as the subject matter expert to assist with overall program development, POS creative, rules creation and in-venue tools that fall under the sub-channels to drive trial and repeat purchase. </li><li>Evaluate and analyze commercial plan effectiveness against business objectives and recommend new ways forward for future projects and plans. </li><li>Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred </li><li>2+ years' Experience working with customers (retail and/or FSOP) in marketing/sales role required </li><li>Brand strategy application understanding across channel, including local marketing required </li><li>Knowledge of key consumption occasions, shopper messaging, and methods of activation required </li><li>Experience in the development of marketing and commercial programs required </li></ul> <p>#LI-AI1</p>
