The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive </li><li>Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location </li><li>Pension / Retirement benefits </li><li>Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. </li><li>DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). </li></ul> <p>The Impact you will have in this role:</p> <p>Being a member of the Information Technology team the Executive Director of Digital Workplace Services will lead the strategic direction, innovation, and operational perfection of DTCC's internal IT support and end-user technology experience. This role oversees the internal IT Help Desk, endpoint management (virtual and physical), and Unified Communications, including Zoom, Microsoft 365, and conference room technologies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of driving digital transformation while maintaining financial discipline.</p> <p>Your Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and evolve the Digital Workplace Services strategy to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction. </li><li>Oversee the internal IT Help Desk, ensuring high-quality, responsive support services. </li><li>Lead the lifecycle of all user endpoints, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). </li><li>Advise the Unified Communications team, ensuring seamless operation and innovation across Zoom, Microsoft 365, and all conferencing technologies. </li><li>Maintain a responsible financial profile, aligning budgets with industry benchmarks and driving cost-effective solutions. </li><li>Champion innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and practices that improve the digital workplace experience. </li><li>Foster a culture of user-centric design by actively listening to employee feedback and incorporating it into service improvements. </li><li>Develop and implement strategies to socialize and promote IT services and tools across the organization. </li><li>Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader IT and business goals. </li><li>Proven experience leading large-scale IT support operations and endpoint environments. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Unified Communications platforms, particularly Zoom and Microsoft 365. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead budgets and drive financial efficiency. </li><li>Track record of innovation and continuous improvement in IT service delivery. </li><li>Excellent communication and partner engagement skills. </li></ul> <p>NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.</p> <p>Leadership Expectations</p> <p>Visionary leaders are Change Drivers advancing the organization's strategy by being Future Focused and Compelling Communicators.</p> <p>Leaders build capability in themselves by being Committed to Personal Excellence and are Talent Developers for others by providing growth opportunities, feedback and coaching.</p> <p>Our leaders are Inclusive Leaders who are Relationship Minded, embracing individual differences, inspiring others to thrive, and building networks for effective collaboration.</p> <p>Leaders at DTCC are Results-Oriented, delivering timely, high quality, client-focused results, while mitigating risk.
