<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Use professional MIG welding equipment, complete professional welds to secure our customer's product safely and neatly </li><li>Following a print, frame up the outer shape "skeleton" of a large aluminum cabinet and prepare it for welding </li><li>Following a print, prepare the aluminum "skins" to be mounted on the aluminum "skeleton" </li><li>Using rubbing alcohol and similar non-toxic materials, clean and prepare the surfaces </li><li>Utilizing highly adhesive mounting tapes, mount the aluminum "skins" </li><li>Operate large overhead cranes for positioning and relocating partial and completed units </li><li>Assist and cross train into other areas as needed </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications/Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools </li><li>Great attention to detail </li><li>Reliable, with excellent attendance and punctuality </li><li>Ability to quickly learn new tasks by asking questions and fully understanding the work being done </li><li>Flexible, cooperative, and interested in learning and doing a variety of jobs </li><li>English literacy is an essential function of these positions due to written work instructions, safety labeling of equipment, job-specific documentation, etc. </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and drawings </li></ul> <p>Benefits provided include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances; Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; and 401k with a Company Match.</p>
