This role collaborates closely with product owners, process owners, and cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions aligned with ITIL standards and enterprise architecture.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations. </li><li>Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, or custom applications depending on business needs. </li><li>Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub. </li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the grooming, estimation, and execution of development tasks. </li><li>Collaborate with platform architects and administrators to implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security. </li><li>Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve platform issues. </li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation including requirements, design specs, test plans, and release notes. </li><li>Support ServiceNow upgrades by validating changes, updating customizations, and ensuring platform compatibility. </li><li>Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, internal controls, and governance standards. </li><li>Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform. </li><li>Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks. </li><li>Experience with workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI policies. </li><li>Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML data structures. </li><li>Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.). </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CMDB/etc.). </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications. </li><li>Background in developing enterprise applications or supporting large-scale ITSM programs. </li><li>Knowledge of ServiceNow security and role-based access controls (RBAC). </li><li>Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing. </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities. </li><li>Detail-oriented with good analytical and documentation skills. </li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. </li></ul> <p>The likely hourly rate for this position is between $40.91 - $0.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
