At RealManage, we are always getting better.</p> <p>The Customer Service Representative (CSR) primarily services inbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests to service community homeowners in answering account-related questions, making payments, and providing information about their community.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, servicing title/property closing agents, community vendors, as well as collaborating with management company staff on community-related business.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Receives and responds to incoming calls from homeowners, Board members and vendors. Follow through on various requests, while maintaining records Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for the office and Associations. Prepares and assists General Manager with in-house mailings, email and software notifications Produce and track letters based on the site inspections. Maintain violation log, both active and resolved Maintenance of Corporate Records: Maintain and update the corporate records and minutes books for assigned associations Committee Coordination: Manage the volunteer process for assigned associations and maintain a data file of volunteers for each committee and manage committee requests Assist the Manager with researching resident requests, invoices, securing payments onsitesecuring locations and dates for meetings Proofread all community correspondence Ensure all customer interactions are met with the highest customer service standard Plus other work-related tasks as needed</p> <p>Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED. Previous experience assisting with customer billing and account issues, a plus. Previous experience providing basic technology help desk support, a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers. Bilingual language skills, a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing outstanding customer service. Capability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer. Constantly positions self to maintain files in file cabinets The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20lbs across office for various needs Works in outdoor weather conditions while onsite at various communities.
