Your primary responsibility will be maintaining our AS9100 Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant, effective, and audit-ready at all times. You'll lead internal audits, guide corrective actions, and work closely with our Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into everything we do.</p> <p>This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile quality initiatives while growing your leadership skills in a collaborative, people-first environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and sustain the AS9100 Quality Management System. </li><li>Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, including supplier audits. </li><li>Lead root cause analysis and corrective action using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, DMAIC). </li><li>Maintain and review specifications, certifications, and documentation. </li><li>Represent Dunmore in supplier/customer quality meetings. </li><li>Track non-conformances, oversee resolution efforts, and report outcomes. </li><li>Back up the Quality Manager to ensure consistent oversight of quality operations. </li><li>Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Dunmore's values. </li><li>Communicate quality performance and improvement activities across departments. </li><li>Other Duties as needed or required </li></ul> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
