<ul> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal (GMs, RVPOs, franchisees) and external (guests, travel agents, partners) customers, demonstrating ownership of our impact on all of their businesses </li><li>Build new Red Roof Inn hotels in all databases </li><li>Gather necessary information by utilizing online resources to research new hotels, identify attractions, and verify addresses/mileage </li><li>Communicate with GDS partners regarding new hotel according to established timelines </li><li>Complete data entry in all necessary systems with accuracy and thoroughness </li><li>Sync rates and room types to channels </li><li>Open hotel for booking on opening date </li><li>Activate hotels on the OTA sites, including communication with the hotel and our OTA partners, completing required spreadsheets/paperwork and tracking progress </li><li>Load promotions received from Revenue Managers in a timely manner; follow-up to ensure proper loading and display </li><li>Update room types and/or rates for hotels on the OTA sites </li><li>Work with OTA partners to investigate and correct any issues related to rates or availability on the OTA sites </li><li>Maintain detailed logs of promotions, activations and all department procedures </li><li>Support revenue management and operations departments in efforts to maximize bookings across all channels </li><li>Enter and maintain all property and brand-related information across multiple channels </li><li>Ensure clarity and integrity of all data entered, including proper spelling/grammar, while adhering to department guidelines </li><li>Maintain notes and documentation related to all department procedures </li><li>Communicate with property management and Contact Center staff to ensure accuracy of all information in all systems; respond to all requests received in a timely manner </li><li>Answer inbound calls to the Distribution Team line </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>
