If you're looking for a place where your career and quality of life can thrive, Aultman Hospital is the place to be.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Patient Load: Average of 16.82 patients per day.</p> </li><li> <p>Admissions: Typically handle one admission per day, with a full-time swing shift physician covering most daytime admissions.</p> </li><li> <p>Procedures: Closed ICU. No procedures required. Ultrasound available for POCUS, which is reimbursed per procedure as an additional income opportunity.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Structure: Work within a strong, collaborative team that includes:</p> </li><li> <p>9 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners rounding daily.</p> </li><li> <p>A Medical Director onsite.</p> </li><li> <p>An RN Executive Director.</p> </li><li> <p>2 RN Care Coordinators.</p> </li><li> <p>2 Administrative Assistants.</p> </li><li> <p>Meetings & Events:</p> </li><li> <p>Brief 15-minute daily huddle M-F to discuss census, care needs, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Division meetings every 6-8 weeks to discuss group performance, challenges, and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>An annual offsite event for team socialization and group discussion.</p> </li><li> <p>A yearly holiday party in December to foster camaraderie.</p> </li></ul> <p>Workplace Culture:</p> <ul> <li>Strong Sense of Team: Our hospitalist group prides itself on a collaborative and supportive environment where each member's voice is valued. </li><li>Transparency: We believe in transparency, sharing all feedback and metrics-both positive and negative-with the entire team.
