<p>Customer Engagement Specialist</p> <p>Clinical Services</p> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>__</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p>Summary of Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Proactively creating and fostering positive relationships with external customers and boosting Customer Satisfaction/Service. </li><li>Bring forth ideas, identify opportunities and recommendations for process change and enhancements. </li><li>Collect customer feedback and engage other functions with feedback directly from the customer to foster the creation of a unified team to support our customers. </li><li>Manage resource allocation for onsite and remote clinical instruction. </li><li>Assist and support answering and resolving Application field issues. </li><li>Provide continued customer service through managing of customer issues. </li><li>Partner and work in collaboration with sales teams to generate new business. </li><li>Collaborate in the development of new alternative training models. </li><li>Proactively support team members with tasks to support growth of department. </li><li>Ensure that all activities reflect the Quality Policy according to ISO 13485 Standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to be highly adaptable to complexity and change with accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff, sales, marketing, and global franchise leaders. </li><li>Needs to have a thorough understanding of breast health systems. </li><li>Demonstration of professional demeanor. </li><li>Problem-solving aptitude. </li><li>Customer-oriented approach. </li><li>Ability to motivate others with a positive can-do attitude. </li><li>Tenacity and drive to persevere through obstacles and barriers. </li><li>Experience managing projects. </li><li>Background in sales and customer service is a plus. </li><li>Valid Driver's License and valid passport as applicable. </li><li>Ability to travel within North America and International. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Clinical Services Specialist or Customer Engagement Specialist preferred. </li><li>Customer support and/or sales support is desirable </li></ul> <p>Additional Info:</p> <p>(Including Physical & Mental requirements)</p> <p>The annualized base salary range for this role is $77,000 to $120,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant</p> <p>experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.</p> <ul> <li>Domestic travel to customer and Hologic site locations by automobile and/or airplane (may include occasional evening/weekend travel and extended periods of time out of the country); International travel may also be required. </li><li>The work environment is within a healthcare setting where the individual is occasionally exposed to the risk of radiation exposure and blood-borne pathogens.
