This position will report into the licensing manager but will partner with creative/design, production art, royalties, and other cross functional teams to review, request revision of designs and/or design names for copyright and trademark clearance.</p> <p>GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for Quality Control Review and Licensor submission of [League] designs to ensure all items are Licensor approved prior to production. </li><li>Liaison with Licensor Quality Control and Licensing Departments. </li><li>Review designs and design names for copyright and trademark clearance. </li><li>Maintain Intercompany artwork tracking systems to ensure products follow proper Art development and Licensor approval stages through production process. </li><li>Maintain electronic graphic image library accessed by Operations and Sales personnel. </li><li>Provide Licensor samples pursuant to license requirement. </li><li>Obtain licensing materials and resources for Art, Product Development and Merchandising departments. </li><li>Publish licensing changes to our operations, product development teams and external sublicensing and subcontractor partners. </li><li>Maintain asset database for all licensor trademarks. </li><li>Manage Licensing Correspondence including approval documentation, royalties, and compliance. </li><li>Assist Licensing Manager with applications, renewals, royalty reporting, and quality control review as determined by Licensing Manager. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred, although not a requirement, or work experience, 2+ years of equivalent licensing experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure. </li><li>Ability to work overtime and/or flexible hours upon request </li><li>Ability to multitask between projects </li><li>Accounting and/or administrative experience a plus </li><li>Previous experience in Licensing preferred, although not a requirement </li><li>Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards team, vendors, and clients </li><li>Moderate skill level in MS Excel, Access, as well as familiarity with data warehouses and database management </li><li>Must have strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
