<p>Position Summary: Responsible for completion of accurate and timely invoicing while meeting department deadlines. Able to work with other team members to achieve department and company goals. Able to multi-task, manage time efficiently and be flexible to the changing demands of the business.</p> <p>Location: Louisville, KY Corporate HQ</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Results</p> <p>Invoice clients based on contractual agreements</p> <p>Reconcile invoicing and quotes to work performed</p> <p>Process invoices daily by 4:00PM</p> <p>Investigate and resolve issues by working with Sales Teams, Project Managers and Other Departments</p> <p>Ensure accurate G/L entries related to invoicing</p> <p>Must be able to work in a high-volume environment</p> <p>Collaborate with other invoicing specialists and managers to ensure deadlines are met</p> <p>Other Duties:</p> <p>Ability to create and update customer and internal reports</p> <p>Delivery of invoices via various methods including email and entry into 3rd party or customer portals - for example Tungsten, Ariba, Coupa, etc.</p> <p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</p> <p>Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm</p> <p>Required overtime during month end close process</p> <p>Competency Requirements</p> <p>Ability to work without supervision</p> <p>Detail oriented</p> <p>Problem solving skills</p> <p>Proficient with all MS Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel required</p> <p>Prior invoicing experience is a plus</p> <p>Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Minimum of 2 year degree or equivalent work experience</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years general office experience is required</p> <p>Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills preferred</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The U.S. pay range for this position is $22 hourly.
