As a leader who helped shape the industry, Draganfly's focus is on the sale of drone products and services, contract engineering & custom integration product development, and health monitoring products and services.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>Draganfly Innovations is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with a unique blend of sales acumen and law enforcement experience. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the importance of trust, integrity, and strategic thinking in building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in law enforcement to navigate complex environments, assess risk, and build partnerships with clients in security-sensitive industries.</p> <p>This is a remote position based in the United States, with preference given to candidates living in the northeast region of the country.</p> <p>The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD based on experience.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, particularly in sectors such as law enforcement, security, government, and compliance. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. </li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. </li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy. </li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client demonstrations. </li><li>Travel as needed to meet clients, conduct product demos, and attend trade shows and conferences. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. </li><li>Utilize investigative and analytical skills to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools. </li></ul> <p>But Who Are You, Really?</p> <p>We're looking for someone who brings more than just skills - someone who embodies the mindset and drive that make great teams thrive.
