<p>Department</p> <p>Florida Institute for Child Welfare</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the design, implementation, and evaluation of child welfare-related research projects. </li><li>Collect, manage, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. </li><li>Assist in participant recruitment and interview scheduling (as needed). </li><li>Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings. </li><li>Draft reports, briefs, and other dissemination materials. </li><li>Collaborate with faculty, graduate assistants, and programmatic staff. </li><li>Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts. </li><li>Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning and development. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Master's degree in social work, public health, psychology, education, or a related field.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Ph.D. in social work, public health, psychology, education, or a related field.</p> <p>Experience with research methods, data analysis, and academic writing.</p> <p>Other Information</p> <p>Annual task supervision will be assigned based on project alignment and may change each year. This position is part of a strategic expansion of FICW's Research and Evaluation team.
