OMG Roofing Products is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of value-added components for the commercial roofing industry. The FastenMaster Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood-to-wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier. Heat Treat Rackers produce world class fasteners for OMG using safe machine operating techniques and effective lean manufacturing principles. The Heat Treat Racker must be a team player and committed to delivering only the best quality to our customers.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees. </li><li>Place/drop screws into racks in preparation for heat treating process. </li><li>Unload screws from rack after heat treating process. </li><li>Stack and organize screws into tubs. </li><li>Observe all safety rules. </li><li>Assist other rackers and machine operators to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces. </li><li>Maintain a neat and well-organized work area. </li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned. </li></ul>
